1. What are payment terms ?
   Usually 100% upfront by bank transfer.
   For small orders under $1000, customers can pay after receiving the parts.

2.Why choose Andy Prototypes ?
You can get quality components as local workshops do , but save $$.
 We can start the production immediately for urgent projects.
The guy you deal with on a daily basis is the owner. So there is no hassle on pricelist and leadtime.

3. What will happen if customers get inferior components ?
    It rarely happens. If it does, we provide fully refund or replacements.

4. What else manufacturing process can you support except CNC machining ?
   Die casting, aluminum extrusions,stamping,sheet metals are all available.
All the manufacturing resources are within 30 miles.

5. Can you receive orders from CNC Machining workshops?
  We’d like to make parts if another CNC machining workshops have over-flow work,especially for urgent projects.
We have Fanuc Robodrill, Brother Speedio, Mazak quick turns.

6. Can you maintain confidentially ?
We have made numerous precision machined parts for more than 100 customers worldwide.
And we never disclose cad files or sell any products though we know retail price is 10 times more than what we quote
